Today, I made a duo of duck, with duck fried rice and dry aged duck breast. Using duck confit fat along with duck confit meats to make duck fried rice was so tasty! Having that with duck breast just made it better :)

    I liked everything until your “sauce” the technique you used to make the abstract pattern made it look like vomit in my personal opinion. I would recommend using a dropper to have better control over how much your two colors mix together

    I have never eaten meat and crab together, it would be interesting to try. My MIL taught me how to clean a crab over 50 years ago. She lived on the coast in Northumberland and crabs and lobsters were cheap and plentiful then. Edit:- My wife tells me this is "Surf & Turf", what do I know?
